1. Interested in reading.
2. Those who need some encouragement to start reading.
3. Those who need inspiration to read more.
4. Avid readers.
There is no restriction as to who can be a member with PAB.
All decisions are taken by the club coach.
Anyone from 6 and above can be a part of Pick a Book clubs. For kids under 13 years old. We have PAB Junior.
Simply by submitting the PAB membership form.
Members who sign up will be added into the Whatsapp group upon the payment of the subscription fee and the submission of the membership form.
Yes, you can.
Yes, sometimes presenters are selected present. But more often than not the presenters have volunteered to present.
At least one presentation must be conducted by a member within the span of 6 months.
Attendance of 4 sessions is a must before presenting.
No, you cannot. You have to be a PAB member and should have attended at least 4 sessions before presenting.
Between 1 hour and 75 minutes.
No, you cannot present the full book. You only have to present a summary or a few chapters that you have drawn meaning from.
The ultimate objective is to inspire others to get interested about the book and read it on their own.
Not just self-help books. Various nonfiction subject matter can be presented such as motivation, relationships, leadership and etc.
Prohibited topics are:
1. Political Books
2. Controversial topics
3. Sexuality related books
The books being presented can be found at any book shop, online or even by borrowing from fellow members.
